INDUSIND Bank introduces IndusPay, its Unified Payments Interface (UPI) application, available to both INDUSIND and non-INDUSIND customers.

Unified Payments Interface (UPI) is a payment system developed by NPCI that allows all bank account holders (of participating banks in UPI) to conveniently send and receive money using their smartphones through a unique Virtual Payment Address (VPA), eliminating the need to remember beneficiary details such as Account numbers and IFSC Codes.

A VPA acts as a distinctive identifier, such as yourname@indus, which can be linked to accounts across various UPI-enabled banks. Once linked, users can generate a UPI PIN using their debit card information associated with the account and begin using their VPA for transactions, instead of providing their account number and IFSC Code.
